Marketing Manager

Job Description

  • Ensures consistent achievement of monthly objective of the Marketing Team

  • Meet sales targets and effectively manage client in accordance with the company’s policies, while upholding the company’s equity and values.

  • Conceptualizes and proposes promotions and programs to drive sales/rentals
  • Provides updated listing information, addresses inquiries, and conducts viewings.

  • Responsible for the profiling of incoming tenants and prospect buyers.

  • Process transfer of titles of properties

Job Qualification

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Marketing/Real Estate Management
  • Minimum of at least 2 years working experience in Real Estate industry
  • Preferably a licensed broker/accredited Real estate Salesperson

  • Familiar with the process of Transfer of Titles.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) together with effective negotiation skills (firm, fair, and ethical)

  • Must be able to lead and manage a team
  • Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market

Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities for Accounting Assistant

  • Support duties related to accounting and Human Resource

  • Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports

  • Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies

  • Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion

  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial data

  • Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards

  • Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries

  • Assist in filing tax returns and other Government Remittances

  • Secure remittances and deposits from clients


Job Qualification


  • At minimum, an Associate's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Finance, or similar field. Bachelor's degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience can be substituted.
  • Hands-on accounting experience
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties

  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
