Prior to the establishment of the JNP, Mr. Asaba belonged to the metal division of a general trading company. He worked in the trading of metal products and the establishment and operation of metal processing companies.

                On the other hand, Mr.  Asaba was doing a real estate leasing business that he owns in Japan. When he  studied real estate overseas, he became attracted to the future of Asian real estate, especially in the Philippines.
